Controlled remuneration policy
Our employees' compensation consists largely of a fixed salary. Fixed salaries within our company are in line with market standards. Depending on their position and performance appraisal, employees may receive variable compensation, amounting to a maximum of 20% of their fixed income. When determining this compensation, we consider not only revenue targets but also non-financial criteria – these account for at least half of the variable compensation an advisor receives. We regularly encourage our employees to act with integrity, reliability, and customer focus. Our assessment of these criteria determines the amount of their fixed salary and variable compensation.
We evaluate our remuneration policy annually.
